When purchases are direct from SLEASH, we will issue a refund for up to 30 days, via the method of payment made when purchasing the product. For items submitted after the time line specified above, there are no returns only exchanges based on defects in materials or workmanship.
When purchases are made from one of our authorized Dealers then you should contact that dealer for their return and/or exchange policies.
Returns
Please complete the SLEASH Return Form and follow the shipping instructions to begin the return process.
In order to process your return, please make sure to include your contact information (name, address, phone, email) in your package so that we may contact you if necessary. NOTE: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SLEASH LLC will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) within five (5) business days of receipt via the method of payment made when the product was purchased. The credit may show up as a credit from PayPal. However, depending on billing cycles it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. NOTE: shipping charges are not refundable.
If the transaction was a cash transaction, please include a copy of the itemized invoice that was given to you at the time of the sale. We will send you a refund check for the actual amount within 30 days from receipt of the product in unused working condition. NOTE: shipping charges are not refundable.
If you are not eligible for a cash refund, we will send you an email with information on why and next steps. NOTE: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
